Prime 8 Consulting Announces Tom Crozier Promoted to President
BELLEVUE, Washington, February 2, 2021
Prime 8 Consulting announced today that Tom Crozier has been promoted to President. In his new role, Tom will oversee all company operations, provide leadership and continuity of vision, and continue fostering the strong, diverse, family-oriented culture that Prime 8 was built upon, leading it to receive Best Places to Work from Seattle Business Magazine for 6 years.
In the 5 years he served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Crozier cultivated a team of talented and high-performing people that contributed to his ability to continue to significantly grow the business year over year.

Crozier’s tenure at Prime 8 started in 2007 as a business consultant where he worked his way into practice and consulting management. In 2016 he was promoted into sales leadership where his reputation for a client first attitude and building mutually beneficial relationships helped Prime 8 grow into the Seattle-based consulting powerhouse it is today. Prior to Prime 8, Tom spent 10 years at Microsoft managing product marketing strategy and international business initiatives.
Founders, Nicolette and Drew Sharp will remain active in the continuation of Prime 8’s success and focus their time and attention on longer range, strategic growth initiatives and key partnerships.
