Established in 2006 with headquarters in Bellevue, WA, privately held Prime 8 Consulting employs more than 150 people and is led by President Tom Crozier and supported by co-founders, Nicolette and Drew Sharp. From the beginning, diversity has been part of our core values.
Prime 8 is a woman-owned company that offers services in business consulting, digital learning, data analytics and marketing services to small and large clients in a variety of industries including software, online retail, aviation, online travel, healthcare, and more.
Today, we are more than 60% women in both our headquarters staff and consultant community and our commitment to inclusion across race, age, religion, identity and experience guides how we build our teams, leaders and company culture.
