With over seven years of experience at Prime 8 Consulting, Mackenzie currently serves as the Business Shared Services Manager, leading a dynamic team of three professionals. In this role, Mackenzie is responsible for creating and executing a strategic plan for Shared Services that ensures delivery of high-quality, effective services to both internal and external customers.

Mackenzie works closely with various teams to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, ensuring that services meet the needs of users and align business objectives.
